πŸ₯‹ Connor Farrell vs. a Black Belt

Part II of Way Off The Field dropped on Wednesday.

And Chrome LC faceoff athlete Connor Farrell took the mat against a white belt, a blue belt, a purple belt, a brown belt, and a black belt.

😈 Mike Adler: Dialed In

Duke goalie Mike Adler painted the inside of his face mask black, presumably to contrast his cage with the white ball.

It's working. Adler made 20 saves in a huge Thursday afternoon victory over Virginia. Duke's probability of making the NCAA tournament went from 73% to 91.4% with the win, per Lacrosse Reference.

The Duke defense is playing its best when it matters most.

πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ Player of the Week: Brett Dobson

Bonnies goalie Brett Dobson turned aside an insane 21 shots en route to earning TLN Player of the Week honors. Dobson also announced this week that he intends to play professionally this summer, forgoing his final year of NCAA eligibility.

β€œI’m planning on entering the draft this summer for the PLL. I see the writing on the wall right now. There’s three or four goalie spots open right now, and once you get one of those, it's hard to come by,” Dobson told IL on Tuesday. β€œThe opportunity’s there to play lacrosse at the next level and be able to do it and play professionally. Those are your hopes and dreams, why not take it right away?”
